Dybbrooke

Leah, a newly-licensed mortician, considers herself a champion of the dead. Brooke, recently deceased, is the first corpse of Leah's career. But for Brooke, death is not the end of her anxiety, fear, and loneliness. And for Leah, the body in the mortuary is not the end of her time with Brooke. A play about love, loneliness, and Kabbalah, Dybbrooke tells the story of a possession driven by the need to feel loved.

Dybbrooke premiered at the 2024 Atlanta Fringe Festival.

The Harrow (2023) is a found-footage analog horror film that I co-developed and wrote with my dear friend Jimmy Martin (a stellar director and filmmaker, please check out his website and support his work!). It’s a surreal story that follows a hiker in the Bridgewater Triangle and the creatures he encounters in the woods.

Mr. Winslow’s Bell (2021), my first collaboration with Jimmy Martin, is dark comedy about two men who are betting on whether or not their supposedly-deceased friend has actually been buried alive. I helped develop the plot and was the primary screenplay editor.

Mr. Winslow’s Bell has won several film festival awards and honors, including the Silver Prize for short in the Dark Comedy Film Festival and Best Comedy at the Cult Critic Movie Awards.
